Chef Field Nicaud
Chef Field Nicaud is a Pass Christian native and a Saint Stanislaus graduate. After Field Nicaud attended Ole Miss, he took it a step further and studied at (ICE) Institute of Culinary Excellence in New York. Chef Field Nicaud is bringing his knowledge and creativity to a whole new level here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. His skill for putting together an experienced team including: Chef Lauren Joffrion, Andy Kimbrell & Duncan Galland who together makes a cohesive collective and an asset to the restaurant in Bay Saint Louis.
